Following a comprehensive refurbishment of the multi let industrial estate, Bridge Estates has recently let the last two remaining units, meaning that the estate which was purchased less than 12 months ago is now fully let.
The refurbishment works which have been completed by Leeds based contractor, Commercial Property Refurbishment Ltd included the re-roofing of a number of units, and the partial demolition of some redundant buildings to create additional parking and loading facilities. New offices have also been created internally which were completed to the tenants specification.
